You agree not to:

• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited commercial content.
• Share content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual in nature.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use bots or automation to manipulate vibes, matches, or points.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Vibers a license to display it within the service for the purpose of operating its features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post your content.

5. Matching & Messaging

Match suggestions are algorithmic and provided for discovery only. Messaging is available between matched users. You are responsible for your interactions with others and should exercise good judgment when connecting.

6. AV Points & Rewards

AV Points and rewards are virtual, have no monetary value, and may be earned or redeemed as described in the app. We may adjust the points system, rewards, or balances at any time to maintain fairness and prevent abuse.

7. Disclaimers

Vibers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific matches, connections, or outcomes from using the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vibers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the community.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vibers after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
